WHY ESCOS ENGAGE ECHELON

Built to Operate as Your Bench

Most subcontractors create work for your project managers. We close work tickets and hand back clean documentation.

01
One PM Per Engagement

A single named project manager from kickoff to close. No call trees, no rotating field leads, no chasing for status. Weekly progress reports formatted to your specification.

02
White-Label by Default

Branded uniforms, vehicle decals, sign-in sheets, and as-builts. Crews introduced as your team. NDA and non-circumvention executed before scoping calls.

03
DLC-Listed Fixtures Only

Every fixture we install carries current DLC qualification. Rebate-eligible by default. Manufacturer relationships across Cree, Signify, Acuity, Hubbell, and ETC.

04
Documentation That Closes Books

As-builts, commissioning reports, before/after photometrics, fixture serial schedules, and 30-day savings verification — formatted to your customer's audit trail requirements.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What ESCO Procurement Asks First

Will Echelon ever approach our customers directly?
No. Every partner engagement runs under a mutual NDA and non-circumvention agreement. Crews carry your branding on uniforms, vehicles, and customer-facing documents. We do not solicit or service your end customers outside the scope of the engagement — before, during, or after.
Can crews wear our branded uniforms and vehicle decals?
Yes. Standard white-label execution includes branded apparel, magnetic vehicle decals, branded sign-in sheets, and branded as-built documentation. Provide your style guide and we handle production.
What is your typical mobilization lead time?
Standard mobilization is two to three weeks from signed SOW. Expedited mobilization is available for active partners with executed master service agreements, typically within five business days.
What pricing structures do you offer?
Three options: time-and-materials with capped labor rates, lump-sum fixed price per scope, or unit pricing per fixture type for high-volume rollouts. Pricing model is selected per engagement based on your preference.
Do you handle utility rebate paperwork on behalf of the ESCO?
Yes. We prepare and submit pre-approval applications, post-installation forms, and supporting documentation under your ESCO's name to all major utility programs. Rebate capture is included in standard scope at no additional cost.
What documentation do you deliver at project close?
Standard deliverables include as-built drawings, fixture schedules with serial numbers, commissioning reports, controls programming documentation, before/after photometric measurements, OSHA-compliant safety logs, and a 30-day metered savings report. All deliverables are formatted to your specification.
What insurance coverage do you carry?
General liability, automobile liability, workers compensation, and umbrella coverage. Coverage limits and a current certificate of insurance are provided on request under mutual NDA.
Have an overflow project?
Send a scope, a site list, or just a question. We respond within one business day.
