How the application process works:
BizSavers generally requires pre-approval for projects above a certain incentive threshold and for all custom-incentive applications. Pre-approval confirms project scope and locks in incentive amounts. Documentation requirements include fixture specifications with DLC qualification, baseline equipment information, photometric data where required, and post-installation verification of installed quantities.
Echelon prepares and submits BizSavers applications on the customer's behalf, including all pre-approval and post-installation documentation. We coordinate any program-required inspections, manage communication with Ameren Missouri's program implementers, and ensure documentation matches the actual installation. The customer receives the rebate check directly.
